Papaya is a sweet, tropical fruit that is potent beyond words with several health benefits.  With enzymes called papain, Payaya helps improve digestion and reduces heartburn.
Other than helping with digestion and heartburn, it is also known to fight against heart diseases, diabetes, cancer, bone health and asthma. It contains vitamin K, beta-carotene, calcium and is a rich source of vitamin A too.
Here I'm blending it with plant mylk and vanilla for a easy, powerful punch of fruit and sweetness to instantly soothe you.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Papaya (Peeled, seeded and chopped)
  • 250 ml Coconut Milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 100 grams Ice Cubes (OR filtered water equivalent)

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender. This could take several minutes for a smooth consistency.
  • Pour into glasses or portable container and serve!

Notes
