Vida Bakery is a gluten-free and vegan bakery situated in the heart of trendy and cosmopolitan East London.
The mastery behind the delicious vegan and gluten-free baked goods is co-founder Dani.
Dani is both coeliac and vegan and struggled to find sweets options matching her dietary needs.
After a background of understanding different food allergies and intolerances, Dani managed to create and to adapt more than 50 recipes used in traditional baking according to what she needed at the moment.
The result can all be found at Vida Bakery that serves heavenly free-from cakes that are not only beautiful looking, but baked goodies that taste delicious too.
In 2015 Dani and her co-founder opened pop-up markets to promote their free-from bakes that led to the opening of their brick-and-mortar shop in 2018 in Brick Lane, East London.
Our scrumptious vegan and gluten-free cupcakes were fluffy, moist and full of decadent flavour.
After much deliberation, I picked the vanilla doughnut cupcake that was so adorable! It was also unbelievably delicate and moist with a touch of sweetness for a delicious cupcake that everyone will love.
Jaymie picked a peppermint and chocolate cupcake that was full of holly and jolly festive decadence! Each cake is also presented on a kitsch plate full of character.
As well as cupcakes you can also find show-stopping cakes, cookies and a sweet array of drinks to enjoy.
The interior of Vida Bakery is as equally heavenly as their sweet baked goods!
Full of white tables with pretty sustainable blooms, with pink unicorn mugs and shelves full of all sorts of whimsical delights.

As a dairy allergy sufferer to find a place like this to truly indulge with all the sweet things is such a gift! It truly is such a treat.
