Last week I finally got to experience the magical vegan dining experience at Tell Your Friends with the lovely Sophie, situated in the heart of Fulham in London.
Tell Your Friends is brought to you by ex-Made In Chelsea stars Lucy Watson and her sister Tiffany Watson. Situated on the lovely leafy and haven of calm in London, New King’s Road, Tell Your Friends offers a fully-vegan menu with bohemian decor complete with palm leaves, neon signs, tiled walls, and monochrome flooring.

Upstairs at Tell Your Friends is the restaurant area, whereas downstairs is a studio that doubles up as an exclusive space to hire to host a wide variety of events, from yoga and screenings to supper clubs and drinks receptions.
The restaurant boasts a truly lovely ambience, brimming with bohemian influence, serving equally creative scrumptious food that tastes as good as it looks.
From quirky beverages, including a plethora of vegan wines to beetroot lattes and healthy juices, with plenty of gluten-free options (making being a coeliac vegan a breeze) and very knowledgeable, lovely friendly staff on hand to help with anything you need. There are also hidden plug-points making it a lovely, dreamy writing spot too.

At Tell Your Friends the menu is a combination of healthy eats, hearty comfort food, but most importantly all full with fresh seasonal ingredients.
It reminds me very much of Twelve in Bournemouth in that no matter whether you’re vegan or not, you’ll find something you’ll love, and so will the others you’re with.
From fancy brunches to their renowned Sunday lunch (Soph has done a fantastic review of it right here!), to wines and beers to classic fish and chips, everything Tell Your Friends create is all vegan and as ethically sourced as possible with a mission to provide delicious and nourishing dishes to all, showcasing the wide variety of options available: because there’s more to vegan life than salad!

For our brunch, Sophie picked the creamy, fruity, refreshing, nutrient-rich Acai and Goji Smoothie Bowl. I definitely looked on in envy as I love smoothie bowls not only for their simplicity and sweetness. But also because they remind me of edible art, and are the perfect canvas for displaying your toppings!
Tell Your Friends have created a smoothie bowl with the goodness of acai berry as the base. Acai berries are native to Brazil and have been touted as a ‘superfood’ for good reason. Here they were mixed with blueberries, strawberries, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds and coconut granola for an extra special crunch.
Overall this smoothie bowl was a truly scrumptious, nutritional powerhouse that looked like a gorgeous berry cocktail. I’m definitely going to have to come back just to try this!
For me, because there’s no more satisfying sweet treat for brunch than a pile of American style pancakes. I decided to go for the Summer Berries Pancakes, because they sounded so divine!
At Tell Your Friends, they have taken this classic pancake recipe with the addition of summer berries, sweet Maple Syrup and a dollop of coconut yoghurt for a truly irresistible trio of toppings. You can also pick the chocolate variety with toasted nuts and banana that sounds equally divine!
To drink, we both opted for a Mint Matcha Latte that felt so nourishing on a pretty chilly September day. Did you know that Matcha contains several dozen times more antioxidants than blueberries, pomegranates, orange juice, spinach, and dark chocolate?! Antioxidants are important for supporting a healthy immune system, fighting signs of ageing, and supporting a healthy digestive system. Plus it keeps your brain and liver functioning well, so this is definitely a nourishing option to pick!
I first fell head over heels in love with Matcha on my travels through Japan, and the addition of soothing Mint in this gave it an extra cosy twist. The Tell Your Friends Matcha also had a silky, creamy consistency and I’ll definitely be back for more, and adding one of their cakes on the side too!
♥♥♥♥♥♥
Overall, I couldn’t recommend Tell Your Friends more highly, that’s now become a true gem for not only West London but also for the whole of London, proving that vegan dining can be a truly luxurious experience from start to finish.
How many you have also visited Tell Your Friends? I can’t wait to keep revisiting so I can sample everything magical thing Tell Your Friends dream up!
