Today I invite you into a whirlpool of wonder with enchanted angels and fairies with this review of ‘Inspirational Wisdom from Angels & Fairies by Frances Munro and Judy Mastrangelo’.
I absolutely love oracle cards for their gentle way of showing me a message of hope or one that sparks some curiosity into my day.
This oracle deck features both whimsical angels and fairies to deliver their wisdom, healing energy and loving guidance.
Let’s see what messages they have for us today in both a review and collective reading!
Also, if you love the oracle card cloth I use in this post, it’s handmade by me and I have a tutorial on how to make it right here!

WHAT ARE ORACLE CARDS?
Firstly, if Oracle cards are new to you then let’s dive into their history.
Oracle cards are an ancient and reliable way to receive spiritual guidance and detailed insight, with the number of cards in a deck related to numerology.
The selection process is based on the ‘Law of Attraction’ that ensures that you’ll always choose the correct cards whose answer matches the vibration of the question.
From there, the process is very individual.
For me, I love to seek a peaceful backdrop, and as I read the words in the card description, I like to notice any thoughts, additional words, feelings, or visions that come to me. I tend to use Oracle cards at night and I keep a journal on my bedside to make any notes about cards I pick.
Oracle cards vary immensely in theme within the spiritual realm. For me, I’m particularly drawn to cards with angels, fairies and Unicorns. So this deck is perfect!
Collective Card Reading and Review
This enchanting deck features angels and fairies, but also elves, fauns, unicorns, flower children, lots of animals, flowers and many more dreamy elements from this whimsical realm.
As soon as I flicked through the cards, I was immediately spellbound!
The colours are also so harmoniously combined with each other. The back is a pretty lavender and decorated with a butterfly framed by flowers.
This deck contains 44 cards with a 57-page booklet. After the introduction, the booklet leads into a guide on how to work with the cards, with the meaning behind the cards.
Then a small section of the card is shown on each side, a text follows and at the end, there is either a prayer, an exercise or an affirmation. This is such a beautiful personal touch and really elevates the reading.
And so with that, here’s our collective reading.

Enjoy the magic of serenity. When you allow yourself to feel pulled by chaotic thoughts you can lose control. You cannot flourish when this happens so step back to a more purposeful and peaceful stance. Breathe deeply and gently. Summon your Autumn Angel and she will bring you serenity and restore calm round you.
This is such a gorgeous card because although we are entering into Spring in the Northern Hemisphere, we still find ourselves in lockdowns in most of the world.
In this way, we might find ourselves living outside of the rhythm of the seasons due to external things that we cannot control.
So what is the answer? To find stillness. To take notes from the restoration and restful energy of Autumn so that when we are all about to ‘bloom’ that we can.
What does this card symbolism for you? Do you find the Autumn Angel’s message a comforting one right now?

I am here to bring you the strength to break away from old habits and to form the new ones that allow you to grow. For you have allowed yourself to wither away in the shadows for too long. And you have not allowed your voice to be heard. I am here to clear the way for the angels and fairies to help you claim your glorious place in the world.
This card goes SO beautifully with the above!
Because with the paradox of it all: can we balance restoration and rest with the rebirth from the symbolism of Spring? I believe we can.
This card spoke to me deeply because there has been a part of me that has been fearful to come back into the external world because of how comforted I have been in my cocoon. Due to my deep introvertedness, this means I get very comfortable hiding away and keeping myself small.
If you can relate to this too, this beautiful card is a reminder that we are entering into a powerful timing of rebirth.
I mentioned in my latest Whimsy Wednesday (sign up below!) that we can imagine that we have been nesting in our own eggs and can trust that we can now hatch to meet our own journey of receptivity, renewal, and rebirth. What do you think?
Do you resonate with this card? Have you felt yourself hiding and cocooning? Are you ready to share your gifts and heart with the world?

You act as thought you cannot find the energy to do what is needed in life, and often it is only habit that is holding you back. You need to restore the faith in yourself to do the necessary things that will open the doors to real joy. You hapharzardly managed to avoid some pitfalls, but you cannot avoid them all without some planning. Generate faith in the Power that allows you to make better decisions and to realise that life is meant to be fun. You live with an all-enveloping fog around you, but if you open your mind and remove your barriers, everything will be clear.
This is such an interesting card! It truly complements the picks above, but it also brings a very different energy.
There’s a clear sense that whilst we must always devote our hours for rest and wandering that there’s also going to be a change of air with the new season.
This could mean that life picks up a bit of speed but perhaps this action is most likely welcome to some.
How do you feel about bringing in more aligned action? From bringing yourself out of the fog of lockdown? I’d love to hear how this resonates for you!

This angel and fairies oracle card deck is a beautiful introduction into the mysical realm.
The words and imagery are soft, kind and welcoming. However, I wish that the images were more diversified. Kyle Gray is someone who truly gets this just right.
Here’s something else I want to be honest about: the box!
If you’re used to the popular Hay House Oracle cards you’ll notice quite a marked difference in the packaging. The box has two flaps on either end, like conventional playing cards, but I’ve found it very hard to store the cards neatly inside. Also, the cards themselves are not the same quality as I’m used to in other decks.
Nevertheless, the quotes are truly inspiring and the guidebook has a potent amount of explanation with a bonus affirmation or playful work that truly brings the message to life.
